The Process

Step #1

Schedule an initial consultation with one of our designers. 

We recommend an onsite visit for projects that involve your entire property, properties with complex slopes or drainage issues or detailed projects like outdoor kitchens, roof structures or pools. 

For smaller projects, such as half of a property or areas with existing beds, simple hardscape additions, we use our remote consultation options. This is a great way to save money on design fees by reducing drive time and site analysis time. You can email pictures of the areas and the measurements directly to our designers. Then we’ll conduct the initial appointment via phone call or Zoom video chat. It’s super easy, no need to wait for a designer to be in your area of town!

Step #2

Our designers will create your plan in our landscape design software 

During peak season (March-June, September, October) our normal turnaround time for designs is 2-3 weeks. Your designer can better estimate for you.  

Step #3

Presentation of the design and inspiration images. 

This is done through a Google Drive link, where you’ll be able to immediately download your pdfs. Once you’ve had a moment to review the files, our designers may schedule another phone call or Zoom video chat to review the plans, answer any questions, discuss revisions if needed.

Step #4

Getting you connected with the right resources to move your project forward. 

We are proud to have relationships with contractors, nurseries and landscape suppliers all over the metro. Whether you are DIY or looking for a full service installation company, we are happy to help connect you with the right people for your budget and scope of work.
