Pricing below is for DESIGN WORK ONLY. We do not perform any in-house installation. However, we can refer you to our amazing local contractors for installation of your plan.
Front Yard Small
1-2 foundation beds, existing bed lines, plantings only, project area less than 2,000 sf

Front Yard Medium
2-3 foundation beds, creating some new beds, some basic hardscape elements like a corner retaining wall or redo the walkway, project area between 2,000- 4,000 sf
-Starting at $600

Front Yard Large
3+ beds along the house, island beds, along driveway or utilities area, may also include the sides of the house. New beds, full plantings, basic hardscape, project area 4,000+ sf

Small Backyard

Medium Backyard
2-3 foundation beds, creating some new beds, some basic hardscape elements like retaining walls or simple patios, project area between 2,000- 4,000 sf

Large Backyard
Beds along the house, island beds, along fence or utilities area, may also include the sides of the house. New beds, full plantings, complex hardscapes like outdoor kitchen and water features, project area 4,000-9,000 sf
-Starting at $1000 including standard onsite consultation
Full Property
Up to 1/2 acre lots. May include foundation beds, island beds and outlying beds along drive/fence, complex hardscaping such as outdoor kitchens, pergolas, ponds, or pools.
-Starting at $1,200-1,500 including standard onsite consultation
Estate
Lots larger than 1/2 acre, same as full property but with long/circle drives and/or entrance monuments, many outlying beds and hardscape elements.
